Saloni gets furious and confronts Nahar. Nahar tries his best to convince Saloni that he has no objection and also assures her that he will talk to her parents and convince them. However, Saloni remains adamant. Saloni admits that she also loved Neel, but the day she had got engaged with Nahar, she vowed to remain loyal to him. Saloni makes it clear that she will marry no one but Nahar. Neel is shattered, but appreciates Saloni's decision and walks away. Kaveri, who is interestingly watching from a distance, gets disappointed. Later, Nahar apologises to Saloni and assures her that he will never hurt her sentiments. Meanwhile, Shubra feels uncomfortable when Karan leaves her alone in Sumesh's company. However, she gets shocked as she realises Sumesh's lecherous plan when he bolts the door from inside.
