Nahar tells Brijesh to listen to Raj before marrying Urvashi. However, before Raj can say anything, Tara intervenes and tells Brijesh that they should not waste time listening to nonsense. Tara chides Nahar and tells Brijesh that they cannot trust Raj, a man who has ousted his wife Urvashi. Urvashi also tells Raj to leave as he has no right to speak about her personal matters as she is no longer his wife. Brijesh feels that Tara is right and continues the marriage rituals. Nahar again tries to interrupt the rituals, which irks Brijesh so much so that he slaps Nahar. Everyone is shocked, while Nahar walks away angrily. Nahar is feeling very miserable as he is not able to show the true colours of Urvashi to Brijesh. Meanwhile, Shubra is discharged from the hospital and arrives at her parents' place. The next day, Nahar gets shocked when Tara stops Saloni from offering the prayers and asks Urvashi to offer the prayers. Nahar intervenes and chides Urvashi. Tara tells Nahar that it is their family's tradition that a newly wed daughter-in-law offers the prayers. At this, Nahar tells Tara that they should not forget that Urvashi's marriage is just contractual. Brijesh is so irked that he chides Nahar. Brijesh tells him that he is now convinced with Tara that he is eyeing their property! Nahar is shocked when Brijesh tells him that he has decided to divide their property!
