Dev is jealous and starts to interrogate Chandni, when Dheer comes and tells her that Padam Singh has summoned her. Shubra is about to take Chamki to the doctor when Chamki informs everyone that she went to a government hospital, and shows Shubra the reports that say she is pregnant. Narpat and Ambica feel great pain leaving their home. When they reach the new house, Ambica asks Kaveri where she plans to have the prayer room, so Kaveri asks her to keep the idol in her own room because she believes only in her husband and his capability. Ambica tells Narpat later that she fears for her son. Meanwhile, Dheer takes Nahar's cell phone and sends messages to Chandni's phone from it. He then takes Chandni's phone and gives it to Dev who is furious reading Nahar's romantic message. A while later, Dheer takes Chandni's phone from Dev and says that Chandni has returned to office. Nahar tells Saloni that he is staging the charade only to regain his lost inheritance, and isn't happy creating misunderstandings between a couple, so she reassures him. Padam Singh tells Dheer that he has the responsibility of a deceased friend's daughter whom he wants to marry off, so Dheer suggests Dev for her. Padam Singh invites Dev home and says that he would like him to get married and even suggests a girl who is like a daughter to him! Chandni and Dev are pleased hearing this but are left stunned when Padam introduces Urmila (Aastha Chaudhary) to Dev as his bride!
