Nishi tells Neerav that the patient continues to be in coma in spite of her efforts to revive her, and is pregnant as well. Neerav says that some people are destined to be deprived of happiness! Nishi asks him whether he shares any old ties with her but he remains evasive. Neerav reaches Nishi home and comes back to the hospital to see Saloni again. On the other hand, Nishi receives a phone call from the hospital for an emergency. Neerav begs Saloni not to punish him for his misdeeds. Nishi is marching towards her patient's room when she sees Neerav. However, when she steps back, she sees Saloni alone, for Neerav is hiding. Meanwhile, the Commissioner informs Brijesh and his family that they have been unable to trace the lady with Aditi. Bhabho hopes the lady is doing well. Just then, the family is stunned when they see Ishan at the door with Vrinda. Ishan is shocked that his mother is dead. Dheer wonders why Aditi left Ishan at the mercy of a worthless man like him! Brijesh urges Dheer to abide by the responsibility given to him by Aditi. Meanwhile, Neerav phones Nahar but does not say anything. Neerav feels Nahar will misunderstand if he informs him that Saloni is with him. Kaveri comes to Brijesh's house and comments on how worn out Tara is looking. She accuses Saloni of being responsible for her condition, so Nahar is furious and asserts that Saloni is dead for them! Nahar and his family are shocked just then to see Neel in their house!
