A condolence meeting is held for Nahar and Saloni. Ambica and Narpat console Shweta. They then go to Sawri's room and see the letter that she has written. Narpat and Ambica are shocked reading it, and inform Bhabho about it. Bhabho too is shocked when Narpat informs her that Nahar and Saloni's daughter is none other than Sawri! Bhabho asserts that it's a lie! Tara reads the letter and tells Narpat and Ambica that Sawri is not Nahar and Saloni's daughter. Ambica begs the family to ask Sawri the truth but Bhabho flings the letter in anger. Bhabho then asks Sawri her mother's name, so Sawri lies that it is Savitri. Bhabho is relieved and then yells at Sawri. Bhabho asserts once again that Saloni is dead for the family but Sawri says that she is innocent. However, Bhabho gets angry. Later, Sawri looks at Saloni's photograph and promises that she'll never let anyone know about their relationship. Narpat takes Sawri's letter but Bhabho tears it. On the other hand, Saloni begins to cry sensing that Sawri is unhappy. Later, Bhabho tells the family that Shweta must forget Saloni and move ahead in life but wonders how she can do that.
