Malhar explains the importance of Republic Day for motivation. Sampada visits Aparna for her child and then returns with Atharv. Using Malhar's influence, Aau Saheb gets a malicious item delivered in a high-security zone to prove him as a failure. Aau Saheb reveals that she had unknowingly fallen for this trap by Kabral, a terrorist. Atharv shows up as the chief guest and insults the Deshmukhs. To save many lives, Malhar accepts sacrificing his life and so does Kalyani when she traces the bomb.
