Plot of Kaleerein TV Show

This Hindi romance TV show revolves around Meera, a young woman with a strong will and passion for playing kabaddi. Despite growing up in a society where women are expected to be docile housewives, Meera refuses to marry for the sake of fulfilling someone else's expectations. Vivaan is an NRI from London who has been estranged from his birth mother. Although he harbours resentment towards her, he travels to India to meet her.

By a twist of fate, Meera, who is engaged to Sumair, is sent to the airport to pick up Vivaan. Eventually, Vivaan and Meera start to develop feelings for each other. Soon after, Vivaan rescues her from some unruly villagers, and marries her to save her honour.

However, with a fake marriage and a fiancé waiting for her, Meera is torn between ending things with Vivaan and pursuing her true love. Will she forsake everything for Vivaan, or will she succumb to societal pressure and stick to her engagement with Sumair?
