Raj tells Sarita that he wants her to marry Vikrant. Raj's grandmother asks him if he has put enough thought in Sarita's remarriage. Sohanlal is happy to know that Sarita is marrying Vikrant but Kamla is upset that Sarita is marrying a rich man while Sheila is still unmarried. Sheila wants Sarita to decide for herself and tell everyone that she does not want to get remarried. Sarita goes to Vikrant's house to refuse his marriage proposal but Abhimaan insists that she becomes his mother.
