Sathya gets Prabhu to burn the signed papers of the land before the residents. But before burning the papers, Prabhu is shocked to see his signature on the papers. He swears that he did not sign the papers and feels bad that Sathya misjudged him. Sathya also feels sorry for Prabhu. Prabhu questions his uncle about the forged signature and threatens to tell Shanmugam about the misdeed. His uncle gets scared and assures to withdraw the project. Lobosamy tells Swarnalakshmi about Sathya’s raid.
