This latest Bengali movie is an adaptation of the famous novel Fire & Water. In Shesh Theke Shuru, we see the story of Dhaka-based businessman Mahid Sheikh who meets Kolkata-based research scholar Pujarini on a flight to London. They fall in love. Things go smoothly till Mahid says he needs to go back to Bangladesh to settle a dispute between their family and another family.
