Cinderella (1950) is the classic fairy tale that has survived generations. This story of a girl bullied by her step-mother and step-sister who finds a way to find a way out of her problems in the magical fashion is a childhood favourite.

Hua Mulan (1998) is another childhood classic tale about the Chinese heroine known as Hua Mulan. She is the daughter of an ill, bed-ridden General. Hua Mulan wages several triumphant battles in her father’s name before finally winning the war and meeting the love of her life.
3. Christopher's Dream
Christopher Columbus (1992) is probably the most popular adventurer in human history. He was one of the most popular names to try and go around all the world with his ship and crew. He was most famous for trying to find India and discovering America instead!
4. Robin Hood
Robin Hood (1973) is the story of the young outlaw who challenged powerful people in medieval England. You can watch his adventures in the animated film along with popular characters like Friar Tuck, Little John, and Maid Marian.
5. Vikram Betal
The story of Vikram Betal is an classic story about King Vikramaditya and the witty ghost that gives him riddles passed down from generation to generation. This film from 2004 was one of the early animated films to come from India.
Bonus: Welcome Back Pinocchio
Welcome Back Pinocchio is a film from 2006 but it features the same old character. This film takes the story forward where Pinocchio stays out of trouble and grows into a young lad. However, he is manipulated into stealing and is turned to wood again! What happens next? Watch the movie to find out!
