Practising embroidery as a hobby is an excellent way to stay mentally active and feel great about yourself. The act of creating something of value is very fulfilling in itself, and your embroidered work is sure to put a smile on your face! It helps Kamala to take it up rather than solely mourn for her husband, and it will do wonders for anyone else too.
