Anaji Pant is what evil looks like. The character in Zee Marathi’s popular show Swarajyarakshak Sambhaji is your textbook villain for many reasons. One of them is the fact that he is always suspicious and pessimistic. He instantly dismisses any good suggestion made by Sambhaji, thinking that it won’t benefit anyone.

Throughout the show, Anaji Pant is busy pitting people against each other. He has always been insecure about Kaviraj’s closeness with Sambhaji and even tried convincing the latter that he (Kaviraj) isn’t trustable.

Anaji Pant is always thinking of situations that can cause harm to Sambhaji. He is jealous of the king’s popularity and is always eyeing the throne. The evil man even tried his best to stop the Rajyabhishek from happening, but in vain.

Anaji Pant doesn’t let go off things easily and is incredibly vindictive. In one of the recent episodes, it was shown that Anaji ordered the kidnapping of Kaviraj to get back at Sambhaji, after being denied a prestigious position at the Astha Pradhan.

The character is shown to be perpetually dissatisfied and ungrateful. Anaji Pant has the habit of getting what he wants by hook or by crook.
