An early start gives you time to fix a morning routine just for yourself to set the tone for the rest of the day. Be it meditation, exercise or looking at your goals, a morning routine gives you a clear head and a more peaceful mindset to carry on with your day.

3. Time for breakfast

Waking up early gives you time to do something else many of us skip — breakfast! This crucial habit fuels you up for the day ahead so you can stay nourished and perform at your peak.

4. Organise better

Rising early gives you the time you need to plan your day ahead and organise it so you have an idea of exactly what you need to do. Planning your day makes it run much more smoothly and in a less chaotic way.

5. Increased productivity

One of the advantages of getting an early start is that you will be much more productive throughout the day! Simply put, you can get a lot more done than you otherwise would have.

6. Serenity

Beat the rest of the crowd by waking up early, and you can enjoy the peace that comes with rising earlier than everyone else. This way, you can even benefit from more time to yourself in an uninterrupted manner, before everybody else is also up.

7. Positive outlook

Studies show that those who wake up earlier have a more positive outlook, as they tend to get enough rest, something that is very important to your health and performance!
