’83 is an upcoming Bollywood film starring Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. It’s a Kabir Khan-directed cricket biopic from the 1970s. Ranveer Singh plays legendary cricketer Kapil Dev in the film. The film ’83 will be released in theatres on December 24, 2021.

Ranveer Singh has done an excellent job of capturing the essence of Kapil. The plot threads keep you guessing as they unfold. Deepika Padukone’s persona was flawless, and one could envision their on-screen relationship just as easily as we do off-screen.

This incredible cast and voyage will undoubtedly make us feel sporty. The trailer is filled with emotions, drama, patriotism, love, and friendship. Every Indian is going to experience goosebumps once again.

The film’s teaser was recently released. The teaser begins with a 1983 cricket match between India and the West Indies, which took place in London. The batter for the opposing team smashed a high ball into the air, and the two Indian players on the field raced to catch the ball and take a wicket. Ranveer Singh, who played Kapil Dev, was one of them. As he sprints, balls fall towards the fielders, and the teaser ends just as we find out whether they land in their hands or on the ground.
