Mazhya Navryachi Bayko: What Went Into Building Radhika Masale That Shanaya Is Now Going To Helm?

In the recent turn of events on Mazhya Navryachi Bayko, Radhika makes Shanaya the head of Radhika Masale. Shanaya announces that Radhika Masale will not merge into any other company including SB Group of Companies. Shanaya also says that she won’t be changing the name of her company and will only work for the development of their company, loyally. Now that Radhika has retired from her company, let’s take a walk down the memory lane to know how it all started with Radhika working from home to building an empire of ₹300 crores.

The idea of her business

Radhika comes from a middle-class family from Nagpur. She soon realises that her husband has been having an affair with his secretary and decides to become independent. Radhika realises that she does not have any great talents except for the fact that she can make amazing masalas and decides to start selling them. She decides to go door to door and sells her popular masalas. She faces many difficulties initially since nobody gets ready to buy her masalas, but Radhika does not give up.

Working from home

Initially, Radhika starts selling her masalas at small shops and later ties-up with local vendors to expand their business. She starts by making masalas at home, but when it becomes difficult for them to masalas at home, she buys a small factory for her employees to work under. She then moves on to make a presentation at Gurunath’s office and gets her first bulk order. Radhika then gets investors and soon her company becomes worth ₹300 crores.

Radhika Masale becomes a ₹300 crore business

Radhika is invited at the auction of ALF company. There she decides to buy the company for ₹300 crores. When others warn her not to buy ALF or she will run into losses, she decides to prove others wrong by buying it. Later, she replaces ALF’s banner with the name of her company Radhika Masale and also decides to keep hire their employees. Recently, Radhika Masale completed three successful years and everyone praised Radhika for bringing the company on top again.
