On Mohanlal’s birthday in 2020, the Madhura Raja star dropped a video in which he said, “Mohanlal calls me Ichakka (brother). So many times, when people call me Ichakka decoratively, and I don’t get so much happiness. But when Lal calls me so, it makes me immensely happy.”

A couple of days back, filmmaker Priyadarshan celebrated his 64th birthday. To mark this special day, Mohanlal shared a candid photo with the former on Instagram. “Happy Birthday Dear Priyan,” he wrote. The duo, all dressed up in formals, were indulging in a fun conversation. Priyadarshan and Mohanlal have worked together in movies like Poochakkoru Mookkuthi, Chithram, Kilukkam, Mithunam, Kala Pani, and many others. Their upcoming film titled Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham is all set to hit the marquee on March 26.

Mohanlal, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Dulquer Salmaan met each other during the lockdown and spent some quality time together. Initially, Prithviraj’s wife Supriya shared a photo of the trio and wrote, “No caption needed.” Later, Mohanlal posted the picture on Instagram and tagged the two stars. Fans were beaming with joy as they thought the three actors were discussing a new project. However, there was no confirmation about the same.
