Highlighted as an espionage thriller, Bellbottom starring Akshay Kumar is scheduled to release on May 28. Set in the 1980s the film will essay a story of one of India’s forgotten heroes. While more about the film is yet to be announced, this big-budget project also stars Vaani Kapoor, Huma Qureshi and Lara Dutta.

Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai

Helmed by Prabhudeva, Radhe featuring Salman Khan is one of the most awaited films of the year. The film is an action drama and will also feature Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff, and Randeep Hooda in pivotal roles. The film is said to be high on action and is scheduled for an Eid release in May.

Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar

This suspense thriller directed by Dibakar Banerjee will feature Arjun Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra, and Raghubir Yadav in the lead roles. The film has been postponed many times and it was just recently that the makers announced its release date as March 19, 2021. Its trailer has already received a great response from the masses.

Prithviraj

Another big-budget film featuring Akshay Kumar is Yash Raj Films’ Prithviraj. The film will be a period drama based on the life of Indian warrior Prithviraj Chauhan. The film will mark the debut of Manushi Chillar. It will also feature Sanjay Dutt and Sonu Sood in vital roles. The film is set to release on November 05, 2021, and will be a Diwali release.

Shamshera

Directed by Karan Malhotra, Shamshera will feature Ranbir Kapoor and Vaani Kapoor in the main roles. Ranbir will be seen playing the role of a dacoit. There’s nothing more revealed about the film yet but it is scheduled to release on June 25, 2021.

’83 

Filmmaker Kabir Khan will portray India’s greatest cricket victory of 1983 in his upcoming biopic titled ’83. The film has been the talk of the town since its announcement. The film features Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Pankaj Tripathi, and others. Revolving around the 1983 world cup win, the film will be high on emotions and drama. ’83 is set to release on June 04, 2021.

Jhund

Helmed by renowned Marathi filmmaker Nagraj Manjule, Jhund will feature Amitabh Bachchan in the lead role. The actor will essay the role of Vijay Barse. Based on true events, the film is a sports drama where a professor encourages street children to build a football team. The film has marked 18th June as its release date.

RRR

RRR is one of the most awaited films of the year. The film will be released in multiple languages all across the world. Helmed by Bahubali fame SS Rajamouli, the film is all set to release on October 13, 2021. The film features Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Ajay Devgn, and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles. RRR will be another epic saga of Rajamouli.
