Pratik Gandhi, Taapsee Pannu To Team Up For ‘Woh Ladki Hai Kahaan’

Pratik Gandhi is undoubtedly one of the best finds of the year 202o. The actor rose to fame last year, all thanks to his effortless portrayal of Harshad Mehta, in the critically acclaimed web series Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story, directed by Hansal Mehta. After bagging Aithi Bhooto Bhava, Pratik Gandhi who became a nationwide sensation overnight has just announced his next project titled, ‘Woh Ladki Hai Kahaan’ opposite Taapsee Pannu.

Pratik while announcing the film, shared a collage of himself along with his female lead Taapsee Pannu, the director of the film Arshad Syed, and the producer Siddharth Roy Kapur. The actor also wrote, “Hitting the road along with Taapsee in search of a missing ladki! Get ready for a riotous ride!” Check out his Instagram post below:

“Woh Ladki Hai Kahaan” is the directorial debut of Arshad Syed who has been credited for writing Adaalat, Student of the Year 2, and Breathe: Into the Shadows. This film is going to be produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur under his banner, Roy Kapur Films. The story of ‘Woh Ladki Hai Kahaan’ is believed to be an investigative comedy set in middle India. While Taapsee will be playing the role of a feisty cop, Pratik will be seen as a chauvinistic brat who ends up taking a laughter ride with Taapsee’s character.
