Pooja Hegde Arranges Food And Month’s Ration For Over 100 Families Amid Pandemic

Amid the Covid-19 pandemic, several celebrities are coming forward to extend help in whichever ways they can. While some are arranging for hospital beds and oxygen concentrators, others are using their social media platforms to share important information. Actress Pooja Hegde is also among the celebrities to actively lend help in these difficult times, especially to those in need. Read on.

As per the reports, Housefull 4 fame Pooja Hegde has arranged food and a month’s ration for over 100 families. For her gesture, the fans have thanked her a lot and have extended their gratitude towards the actress. Apart from this, Pooja has also used her social media to share important information related to Covid-19.

As per a leading daily, when the actress was positive for Covid-19, she held live Instagram sessions with a yoga coach. These sessions were on various breathing exercises that help in building lung capacity.

She also shared a video of herself on how to use a Pulse Oximeter correctly. She mentioned in the caption that when she was down with Covid-19, her doctor asked her to check ‘O2 levels very closely’. However, she did not how to do it until the doctor helped her out. She shared this video hoping it will be of help to that anyone else with a similar problem.
