Keerthy screen debut in Malayalam movie Pilot, as a child star, released in theatres in 2010. She began acting in ‘Geethanjali’, as the strong female lead, starring Malayalam actor Nishan, Mohanlal, and Siddique, despite appearing as a child artist role in many other Malayalam movies.

Keerthy also announced that she’ll also work in the movie Siva’s Annaathe with Thalaiva.

Keerthy began shooting alongside Mahesh Babu in January 2021 for Parasuram’s Sarkaru Vaari Paata. In the Movie Vaashi, Keerthy would also star alongside Tovino Thomas.
