Aryan Khan Drug Case: SRK’s Son ‘Was Apologetic’ Says NCB Officials; Booked For Charas Sale And Consumption – REPORTS

Reportedly, Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan has been taken to custody along with 8 others for buying, selling and consuming cocaine, charas, MDMA, mephedrone, and more than Rs 1.3 lakh cash. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Saturday raided a cruise party and on Sunday, the star kid was demanded to present himself in front of the holiday court and was sent into custody till October 4.

The latest reports read that Aryan has been booked for consumption of charas. Apart from him, his friend and film actor Arbaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha were also kept under the custody of NCB till Oct 4. The cruise liner, Cordelia Cordelia was carrying 800-1000 passengers and Aryan Khan was one of the special invitees. However, Aryan Khan did not have a boarding pass.

Aryan Khan along with 8 others namely Arbaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Satija, Ishmeet Chadha, Mohak Jaiswal, Gomit Chopra and Vikrant Chhokar were found guilty under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act NDPS, 1985, and taken to the NCB office for further interrogation. Reportedly the latter were arrested late Sunday night and brought to the office by Monday early morning.

The NCB has claimed to seize 13gm of cocaine, 21gm of charas, 22 pills of MDMA and 5gm of mephedrone and more than Rs 1.3 lakh cash from the cruise liner, Cordelia. According to leading publications, Khan has been booked only for consumption under Section 27 of the NDPS Act, for which an offender is charged a maximum punishment of one year or a fine of Rs 20,000.

Reports claim that SRK’s son Aryan Khan ‘was apologetic’ to the NCB officials when he was arrested by them and questioned for the interrogation. However, no official news about the release of Aryan Khan and how long will the star kid be there.
