Sara Ali Khan Recalls Being Disturbed; Opens Up About Feeling Saif Ali Khan And Amrita Singh Being ‘Negative People’

Sara Ali Khan has always managed to astonish her fans with throwback stories about her parents. At a young age, Sara had to make some tough decisions for her life and move ahead. Her bubbly personality and giggling face never give you a glimpse of the times when the latter went through a rough phase of her life at the age when we were just schooling and playing around.
Sara had a bad notion about her parents after their separation.
Talking about it during an interview with a leading magazine, the Kedarnath actress said this happened after she had watched Saif’s Omkara and Amrita’s Kalyug. For the uninitiated, Saif played the role of Ishwar Tyagi in Omkara while Amrita was seen as the lead antagonist in Kunal Kemmu starrer Kalyug.

Sara expressed that all she remembered was watching Omkara (2006) and Kalyug (2005) and being really disturbed that her parents were such negative people as she laughs. She was very young and used to think that her father uses bad language and that her mom runs an adult film site. It was not funny for her to see all that. And because they were both nominated for ‘best actor in a negative role’ in the same year, she was moreover concerned about the matter.
Meanwhile, Sara also opened up on her parents’ divorce and said that it was not difficult for her to accept the whole situation and move ahead. She said that she has always had the tendency to mature a bit faster than others her age. And even at the age of 9, she thought she had the maturity to see that these two people living together in one home were not happy. And suddenly, they were much happier living in two new homes. Witnessing this, she knew that it would be much better for herself, her baby brother and her parents to live separately and lead a happy life rather than sticking around and making the situation worse.
