Camila Cabello fresh new tattoo inspiration is an awe moment for everyone

Camila Cabello just shared a photo of her new neck tattoo on Instagram. The singer not only showed off her tattoo, but also explained why she got it and why it’s a tribute to Mother Nature in captions. The singer disclosed the tattoo connection to botanist Robin Wall Kimmerer’s non-fiction book Braiding Sweetgrass.

Camila’s message included a line attributed to the book that read, the word ecology is derived from the Greek word ‘oikos,’ the word for home. This book on Indigenous wisdom and botanicals altered her life, the Fifth Harmony singer continued. She learned a lot after reading it, and she now views the earth and all of its inhabitants in the same light. It taught her about reciprocity, about Mother Nature’s gift and wisdom, and about how healing the Earth will heal us. Kane, who has previously collaborated with Camila, posted a black-and-white version of the photo to his Instagram account.

Camila disclosed the personal meaning behind the artwork, which was also done by Kane, when she wrote on Instagram in November 2019 that she had just gotten inked for the first time. Camila and her boyfriend Shawn Mendes are tattoo enthusiasts.

Camila posted a photo with the words “It’s a mystery” tattooed on her right pinkie finger at the time. The singer revealed that she had never considered getting a tattoo before, but chose this one as a promise to her mother to remember, no matter what happens, everything will turn out great. Cabello’s delicate tattoo wowed fans across the globe, and they adored what motivated her to get it even more. The superstar singer and Shawn Mendes has always been seen as someone who does everything on purpose and this act is one such example.
