Shahid Kapoor Shares His Favourite Poster Of Sports Drama; Actor Shares Reason Why Is It So Special To Him

Shahid Kapoor took to his social media account to share yet another poster of the film Jersey. Sharing the poster on his Instagram account, Shahid expressed that as a father in real life to Misha and Zain, the poster is special and his favourite. Shahid wrote that being a father this is his favourite poster of the Jersey. The poster features Arjun, Shahid Kapoor’s character, tying his son Kittu’s shoelaces. The role is played by Ronit Kamra. Symbolic of the bond between Arjun and Kittu, the poster showcases yet another emotion of the film. The emotional fans of the actor started pouring their love for the film and expressed their excitement about the film.

The story of the film Jersey revolves around a failed cricketer who struggles to buy his son a jersey. It is a raw, relatable and real story that is sure to create a special place in teb hearts of the audience. Moreover, Jersey is a celebration of the human spirit. In the film, Mrunal Thakur is seen as Shahid’s wife and Pankaj Kapur as his coach. The film is a Hindi remake of the Telugu hit Jersey starring Nani.

The film is presented by Allu Aravind, and it has been directed by the National Award winning filmmaker Gowtam Tinnanuri, who directed the original Telugu Jersey and is produced by Aman Gill, Dil Raju and S Naga Vamsi.
