Sathya: Check Out Prabhu And Sathya’s Love Story So Far Before Lockdown

Zee Tamil’s daily soap Sathya is by far one of the most loved TV shows, currently running on the tube. From its amazing cast to its beautiful script, everything is so good which makes us glued to our television screens when the show airs. Since the lockdown was imposed, the filming of the series was stalled. The ardent viewers are eagerly awaiting the new episodes of Sathya. Well, now that the show will air the new episodes from Monday (July 27, 2020), here’s a small recap.

A quick recap of Sathya!

Sathya and Prabhu’s family decide to have a long pending traditional ceremony ‘Thali Peerichu Korkum‘. As Indhumati and Sathya’s mother Janaki decide the date fo the ceremony, Anita taunts Janaki that the bride should ideally bring gold from her side but sadly they (Sathya’s family) are not that rich.

So, Sathya’s mother tells Anita that she will arrange for the gold. When Janaki manages to arrange gold for the ceremony, Anita and her husband Veerasingham steal it to embarrass Sathya’s family in front of everyone. But Sathya, on finding out about the missing gold, cleverly finds the stolen ornaments.

At the temple, Anita is surprised to see Sathya wearing the gold ornaments. Then she accuses them of lending money from her brother Prabhu to buy this gold but fails to prove her point. After the ceremony, when the family returns home, they are left surprised to see Divya. Later, Divya falsely blames Sathya. While it all seems real, Divya’s return was only Prabhu’s dream.

On Valentine’s Day, Prabhu and Sathya have a misunderstanding and Sathya leaves Prabhu’s house. Prabhu, at first, does not stop Sathya from leaving. But later he starts missing her, so, he goes to Sathya’s house to bring her back. While he tries all the tactics to convince Sathya, she stays adamant about not returning home.

Sathya later tells Prabhu that she is not going to wait for any longer for Prabhu to get over Divya. She tells him that Prabhu has to either choose her and accept her as his wife or keep loving Divya.

So, here’s what happened in the past couple weeks before the imposition of the nationwide lockdown. What do you think, will Prabhu try to forget Divya and accept Sathya as his wife?
