Aafat-E-Ishq Motion Poster: Neha Sharma Ditches Her Sexy Avatar And Her Demure #IshqWillKill Look Has Our Attention

With the rise of OTT platforms, the genre of dark comedy has become a new favourite amongst the audiences. While the genre is still being experimented, ZEE5’s upcoming original Aafat-E-Ishq looks like a promising watch. The movie is a dark comedy with an engaging storyline. The first motion poster of the film was released today and it has definitely gotten us excited. 

Sharing the poster on her Instagram handle, actress Neha Sharma wrote, “Super excited to share the motion picture of our labour of love.Falling in love is injurious to health. #IshqWillKill #AafatEIshq Coming Soon!”

The motion poster describes what she means when she says ‘love is injurious to health.’ Sitting cluelessly in a crime scene, Neha’s character gives us an insight into what we can expect from her new outing. She plays Lolla, a 30-year-old woman who has never had the taste of romance in her life. Being desperate, she sets out on a journey to find her true love. However, there’s a supernatural force that’s keeping her away from meeting the love of her life. 

The synopsis gives us a gist that the film will be a perfect blend of romance, fantasy and humour. The premise sounds promising and you definitely expect a laughter riot from Aafat-E-Ishq. We have some high hopes pinned on Neha’s new outing and we are looking forward to its release. 

For those unaware, Aafat-E-Ishq is an official adaptation of the award-winning Hungarian film Liza: The Fox Fairy. Apart from Neha, the film will also feature Ila Arun, Namit Das, Deepak Dobriyal, and Amit Sial.
