A new advertisement for B-Town actor Aamir Khan which features the actor in the lead has come under the radar of politician Ananthkumar Hegde who feels that the TVC is creating problems in society. The ad featured the actor promoting a leading tires brand and the ad thus went, Aamir Khan talking about bursting crackers inside the building and not on the roads as they are meant for vehicles and not crackers.
Now, this TVC is being called out by a leading politician from Karnataka Ananthkumar Hegde is saying that the ad is ‘creating unrest amongst the Hindus’. The politician went on to write a letter to the CEO and the MD of the brand and command them to take cognisance of the matter. In his letter, he says that Aamir Khan’s ad where he is promoting that one must burst crackers during Diwali inside their buildings ad not on the road is a great message but, the actor did not address one more problem faced by people on roads, i.e., blocking roads in the name of Namaz on Fridays and other important festive days by Muslims.

Talking about noise pollution, the politician Ananthkumar Hegde added that a group of ‘anti-Hindu heroes’ always hurt Hindu sentiments, however, never highlight the wrongdoings of their community. The politician feels that the ad has is not right and he was quoted saying, “Therefore, I kindly request you to take cognisance of this particular incident where your company’s advertisement has created an unrest among the Hindus,” he added.

On the professional front, Aamir Khan is all set to come back on the silver screens with Laal Singh Chaddha. The actor will be seen with Kareena Kapoor in the film which is eagerly anticipated by fans. The film is a classic and official remake of Hollywood’s most loved film Forrest Gump.
