After Alexander Daddario bought a home with her boyfriend Andrew Form which cost about multi million dollars in Los Angeles, she is looking for a buyer for her studio apartment in NYC which has about 600 square feet space. Alexandra Daddario puts her apartment on market for sale as she heads west.

The Beautiful Apartment

The studio apartment which is about 600 square feet space is looking for a buyer in its neighborhood in Manhattan’s Chelsea. The indoor setting of the apartment has the incredible view of New York City, the apartment has lots of facilities which will be useful to the buyer and it is attached with the style of the apartment. The living space of the apartment is large and flexible. It can double as home office, dining and many other things. The kitchen are also remodeled with a new custom cabinet and natural light flows freely into the kitchen which creates a comfortable feeling.

All the rooms are designed with Turkish blue bricks and dark marble countertops. The apartment are designed with tall beamed ceiling and wooden floors entirely, it includes features like custom made bedroom, dresser, walk-in closet and many other features. Alexander Daddario’s apartment is listed at $490,000 less than she paid for it when she bought it earlier this year. A 20% down payment is required for purchasing, which means that anyone interested in the facility will have to spend at least $100,000. According to the listing, the monthly maintenance price will be $1,453. The prewar co-op style apartment, listed with Mary Barbrack of the Julia Hoagland Team at Compass.

Alexandra’s upcoming projects include movies like ‘Happy Life’ and ‘Airborne’, which is still under development.
