Agga Bai Sasubai’s Abhijeet And Asawari’s Throwback Pictures Are Pure Gold! Don’t Miss

The actors of Zee Marathi Popular daily show Mazhya Navryachi Bayko and Agga Bai Sasubai, Abhijeet Khandkekar, Nivedita Saraf and Girish Oak have been in the industry for more than 10 years now. These actors have worked hard to make a place for themselves and finally reached here. While Abhijeet’s show Mazhya Navryachi Bayko has currently showcased him as a person in a negative role as Gurunath, Girish and Nivedita’s characters Abhijeet and Asawari, are all things positive. The show recently took an interesting turn, by showcasing a marriage between the two characters!

Abhijeet’s fans, who have been devoutly following him since his Maziya Priyala Preet Kalena days, don’t know that the actor began his career as a commoner! He first appeared on the stage of Zee Marathi’s show Maharashtra Cha Favorite Kon. He auditioned for the show and won the hearts of the audience with his talent, and later, went on to win the show. It isn’t just Abhijeet who has changed in appearance over time, but our Asawari from Agga Bai Sasubai cannot be recognised in this throwback picture either!

Nivedita Saraf who is married to actor Ashok Saraf, started her journey with a Bollywood film Apnapan, also starring Jeetendra, Sanjeev Kumar and Reena Roy. We love how she looks completely different than the Sasubai she is portraying! Doesn’t she look adorable in this purple suit and matching bindi?

Asawari’s Abhijeet aka Girish Oak, also looks very different in his throwback picture here. The celebrated Marathi actor started his career with theatre in the year 1984. His first debut film was Jasa Baap Tashi Pora. He then went on to perform in many films, dramas as well as serials.
