Akshay Kumar Looks Distraught At Mother’s Funeral; Attends Close Friend Aanand L Rai’s Mother’s Funeral Too

Akshay Kumar’s mother Aruna Bhatia took her last breath today after she was rushed to Hiranandani Hospital. The actor is absolutely grief tricked and has been captured heartbroken by the paparazzi. Some days back Akshay left his shoot and returned to India to meet his I’ll mother. However later, his mother’s health deteriorating conditions. It was on the September 7, 2021 that he thanked everyone for pouring in with good wishes for his mother to recover soon, but unfortunately, he lost his mother this morning, the cause of which is still unknown.

Akshay’s mother, Aruna Bhatia was suffering for quite some time now, and just a few days back she was admitted to the hospital because of her failing health conditions. Even though the star wanted to stay bedside his mother, but due to work commitments, he had moved back to shoot for his upcoming movie, “ Cinderella”.

Celebrities poured out condolence messages on their Twitter handle and supported Akshay Kumar at his lowest times. Out of all the celebrities, some of the first ones share a condolence tweet for mother w, Nimrar, Shankar Mahadevan, and Ajay Devgan.

Earlier this morning, he took to Instagram informing about the loss. With a very heavy heart, he quoted, “She was my core. And today I feel an unbearable pain at the very core of my existence. My maa Smt Aruna Bhatia peacefully left this world today morning and got reunited with my dad in the other world. I respect your prayers as I and my family go through this period. Om Shanti”

A few hours back, Akshay and his wife Twinkle Khanna, complete the last rites of his mother, Aruna Bhatia along with his wife Nitara. Other actors who also attended the funeral ceremony were Rohit hetty, Ritesh Deshmukh, R. Balki, Bhushan Kumar, Ramesh Taurani, and Sajid Khan to pay their last respects for the departed soul to rest in peace. Going by the photos the actor looked distraught.
