Baywatch star Alexandra Daddario with her boyfriend Andrew Form caught up in a classic case of Celebrity Real Estate Fickle and as a consequence, she flipped her Manhattan bolt hole back up for sale at a small bit below $500,000. It doesn’t take a math genius to figure out that Daddario will lose at least $15,000, excluding carrying costs, upgrade expenditures, and real estate commissions, which could easily push the financial hit to more than $50,000.

The Manhattan Apartment

About 600-square-foot east-facing unit manages to comfortably squeeze in a tiny but proper foyer, a spacious custom-fitted walk-in closet, and a small, smartly configured kitchen updated with white laminate cabinetry. A glass tile backsplash, gleaming up-to-date stainless-steel appliances despite having nine-foot beamed ceilings, lustrous oak floorboards, and an updated vintage bathroom add to the charm of the apartment. The most notable adjustment made by D’addario to the pint-sized flat was the elimination of a built-in Murphy bed in a nook that is now ideal as a miniature dining space or home office.

The kitchen and main living area windows face another attractive prewar apartment building, but an oblique gaze out the windows gives a panoramic skyline picture that includes the Empire State Building’s top. The pet-friendly building has 24-hour doormen, porters, a communal roof terrace, on-site laundry, basement storage apartments, and a bike storage facility. The Julia Hoagland Team at Compass has listed the apartment with Mary Barbrack.

Hancock Apartment

Alexandra Daddario and her new fiancé, film producer Andrew Form, went public with their romance earlier this year and paid $7.3 million for an opulent family-sized mansion in L.A.’s tony Hancock Park, just a few months ago.

The San Andreas star previously had a two-bedroom mid-century cottage in L.A.’s historic Hollywood Dell area, which she sold for over $1.5 million late last year, a significant increase from the $1.15 million she bought in June 2017.
