All You Need To Know About Rajamouli’s RRR Starring Ajay Devgn-Alia Bhatt!

SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali saga is one of the most celebrated films of the Indian film industry and the director is expected to be back with a bang with the film RRR. On the occasion of Ajay Devgn’s birthday, the director launched the first look of his character in RRR, which will also star Ram Charan, NTR Rama Rao, and Alia Bhatt in important roles. In the video shared, Ajay Devgn can be seen wrapped up in a huge piece of cloth while multiple riffles point at him together. In the motion poster, the actor also unveils his get-up while wearing an intense look across his face. The words ‘Load, aim, shoot’ can be heard being chanted in the background while the video progresses.

The film RRR has been creating a lot of hype amongst the fans mainly due to its promising star-cast which includes south Indian stars Ram Charan and NTR Rama Rao. Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn will be making their Tollywood debut with this film as the release has been scheduled in multiple languages. It has been produced by DVV Danayya with a whopping budget of ₹350-₹400 crores which is more than the Baahubali saga budget.

The magnum opus RRR will feature Ram Charan as Alluri Sitarama Raju who was an Indian revolutionary who was a part of the freedom struggle. NTR, on the other hand, will be portraying the role of Komuram Bheem, who was an Indian tribal leader in the early 1900s. He played a key role in the fight against the Asaf Jahi dynasty for the liberation of Hyderabad. SS Rajamouli had also landed in controversy for showcasing the character in a skull cap in the teaser of the film. The Gondi tribal community expressed their discontent with the teaser and BJP Telangana president, Bandi Sanjay Kumar also issues a warning to SS Rajamouli asking him to delete the scene.

Ali Bhatt’s look in the film was released on the occasion of her birthday and she is expected to play the character of Sita in the film. In the poster released, she can be seen wearing a traditional saree while being seated next to the statue of Goddess Sita. Fans have high expectations from the film due to its promising star cast, the impressive budget and SS Rajamouli’s uncompromising standards.
