She also stated that she had no knowledge of how radio operates, what they do, how steady they are in their work, or anything else. Amrita’s mother also claimed that Amrita said Mummy, at the very minimum meet up with him. She stated that she is not intrigued and does not wish to meet with him.

Amrita stated that her mother had refused to meet with Anmol for about a year. He stated that he ‘was alright with it’ and that he preferred to give her time to change her mind rather than push things. Meanwhile, Anmol’s parents expressed concern over whether a superstar such as Amrita would be able to assimilate to a regular family like theirs. While being in a relationship over several years, Amrita and Anmol married in 2016. Veer, their first child, was born in November 2020. In a previous episode of Couple of Things, Amrita and Anmol explained how he proposed to her on live radio while playing her favourite song, Chandni Raat Mein, and urged her to call him if she felt the same way.
