Actress Ananya Panday, who is quite active on social media, loves sharing videos of her fitness regime and workout. Her followers find these videos really inspiring and motivational. Recently, she alongside Sara Ali Khan and Tara Sutaria collaborated with an app that has their workout videos for home and gym and the netizens are loving it!

As per reports, Ananya Panday has revealed that the secret to her fitness is eating healthy food with a good amount of exercise. Apart from this, she has mentioned that she loves doing aerial yoga, especially in the mornings. Sharing a picture of herself hanging ‘upside down’ at her yoga studio, the 22-year-old actress said that it is her ‘favourite morning ritual.’

In an interview with Vogue, Panday said that instead of focusing on specific body weight or size, she is more interested in being ‘happy with her body.’ She mentioned that she is the happiest with her body when it is ‘well-fed, well-rested and well-exercised.’
Ananya reportedly said that she tries to eat clean six days a week but on the seventh day, she treats herself to burgers or a cheat meal. She mentioned that she loves eating seasonal fruits and drinks plenty of water throughout the day to keep herself hydrated and fresh.

On the work front
Ananya Panday will be next seen in Shakun Batra’s yet-untitled project. It is a romantic drama that also features actress Deepika Padukone and Siddhant Chaturvedi. Meanwhile, she has also teamed up with South Indian superstar Vijay Deverakonda for Liger. The film is helmed by Puri Jagannadh.
