It’s Antim Day! Just a few hours are left for Aayush Sharma and Mahima Makwana starrer Antim: The Final Truth to hit the silver screens. Antim, which is directed by Mahesh Manjrekar, is bankrolled by Salman Khan Production, SKF, and has been in the post-production process for almost a year. This film marks Dabangg Khan’s first collaboration with his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma. Aayush, who made his Bollywood debut with Loveyatri, will be seen in an altogether different avatar of a gangster. Antim: The Final Truth is an official adaption of the Marathi film Mulshi Pattern. Much before its release, Antim created the right buzz leaving all its fans excited. Along with Salman, Aayush, and Mahima, Antim also stars an ensemble cast of Sachin Khedekar, Chhaya Kadam, and Jisshu Sengupta. Antim: The Final Truth opens with a back story of Aayush Sharma’s gangster character Rahuliya. The first scene sees Satya played by Sachin Khedekar being beaten up by a deceitful land mafia after he encroaches on their ancestral farmland. Rahuliya soon rushes to save his father and this is what takes Aayush Sharma to turn a gangster from a common man. He becomes such a huge name that Pune’s most wanted gangster Nanya Bhai played by Upendra Limaye calls him and asks him to work for his organization. As the story proceeds further, we see Salman Khan aka Sikh cop Rajveer Singh’s entry who decides to teach every goon, rapist, and power-hungry politician a lesson in his language. Rahuliya’s love story with debutante Mahima Makwana aka Manda changes the pace of the story.

But all those who have been waiting for some dishoom-dishoom might feel disappointed as there’s less action and more dialoguebaazi. Yes! Antim has some power-packed dialogues given to Aayush Sharma with Salman making way for his brother-in-law. But before you could understand the plot properly, Mahesh Manjrekar introduces a big twist that gets you on the edge of your seat and sets the momentum of the film right. To spice up the film, Antim has also some foot-tapping music, right from Vighanharta to Bhai Ka Birthday, Koi Toh Aayega, and a romantic number Hone Laga to set your mood according to the scene. Speaking about Rajveer Singh, Salman Khan plays a Sikh cop, and getting into the shoes of a policeman comes easy to the superstar, we mean look at Chulbul Pandey from Dabbang. The film will stream on ZEE5 from November 26

All in all, it will not be difficult to take your eyes off Salman Khan and pay attention to Rahuliya as he portrays the character with full conviction. Antim proves to be a complete mass entertainer and it also highlights some real issues like farmer’s issue, mafias encroaching their lands among others. Mahesh Manjrekar has done full justice to the Marathi film Mulshi Pattern he made an extraordinary film with Salman and Aayush.
