The COVID-19 vaccinations have been going on at a great pace in the country. After the government announced that people between the age group of 18 and 44 years will also be eligible to get their vaccine jabs, a lot of Bollywood celebs have gotten their first vaccine dose. Take a look at the names of all Bollywood celebs who got their vaccine doses on 12 May.
Actress Esha Deol and her husband, Bharat Takhtani were spotted on 12 May at the vaccination centre. Actor Arbaaz Khan and his son, Arhaan Khan, were also seen visiting a vaccination centre to get themselves vaccinated. The choreographer and director, Remo D’Souza, also got his vaccination dose and was seen at the centre with his wife, Lizelle.
The Jai Ho actress, Daisy Shah, had also arrived at the vaccination centre to get her first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha and wife, Poonam Sinha, were also spotted at the vaccination centre with their son, Luv Sinha. Actor Anupam Kher also got his coronavirus vaccine shot and was recorded while taking his shot. After getting his vaccine shot, he said, “History is created today!” Many of these actors have uploaded pictures of themselves getting their vaccine shots, on their Instagram handles.
In other news regarding the coronavirus vaccine in India, the Union Ministry said on Tuesday, 11 May, that over 17.51 crore COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered in the country. Among these, 30,39,287 people are in the age group of 18-45 years, who have received their first doses.
