Arjun Kapoor-Rakul Preet Singh Starrer ‘Sardar Ka Grandson’ To Have An OTT Release

Arjun Kapoor is loved by one and all. Whether it was for his performance in his debut film, Ishaqzaade, or his films like Half Girlfriend and Namaste England, the actor has always garnered love and praises from the audience. This handsome actor will now be seen in ‘Sardar Ka Grandson’ alongside Rakul Preet Singh and Neena Gupta in prominent roles. Arjun recently announced that the film will be soon releasing on the OTT platform Netflix.

Recently, Arjun Kapoor took to Instagram to share a few candid moments from the film while announcing its association with Netflix. He captioned the post as, “Gather your parents and grandparents for this one, Sardar ka Grandson is coming soon to Netflix.” Rakul Preet also shared the same pictures with the exact same caption on her Instagram profile.

Directed by debutante Kaashvie Nair, the story of ‘Sardar Ka Grandson’ is described as a new-age cross-border romance. The story has been penned by Anuja Chauhan, Amitosh Nagpal and Kaashvie Nair. The film also stars Neena Gupta, Rakul Preet Singh, Aditi Rao Hydari, John Abraham, Soni Razdan, Kanwaljit Singh, Kumud Mishra, and Divya Seth in significant roles.

Arjun has 2 major releases lined up this year namely, Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar, set for March 19, 2021 release, and Bhoot Police, which will be released on September 10, 2021. He will also be a part of Mohit Suri’s Ek Villain Returns, scheduled for release on February 11, 2022.
