Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchantt and Munmun Dhamecha were arrested in a drug case. Their bail plea was rejected twice by the court. In today’s bail hearing in the Bombay High Court, the bail plea has been adjourned till October 28

Aryan Khan is facing legal issues since he was arrested in a drug case. He was nabbed by Narcotics Control Beaurea (NCB) in a drug case at a rave party on Mumbai to Goa bound cruise. He was put on judicial arrest on October 3. His bail plea was rejected thrice by the court. Along with him, Arbaaz Merchantt and Munmun Dhamecha’s bail plea was also rejected. In yesterday’s bail hearing in the Bombay High Court said that the hearing will continue today. The thing to watch is if Shah Rukh Khan’s son will get bail today or not.

And again in the hearing today, the Bombay High Court has adjourned the bail plea hearing of Aryan Khan. The arguments are to continue tomorrow after 2:30 pm. ASG to reply on behalf of NCB tomorrow. ASG says he will take an hour to conclude arguments.

During the hearing in the Bombay High Court, while presenting the facts of the matter, senior counsel Amit Desai stated that what is abundantly clear is that there are no WhatsApp chats that connect conspiracy to the rave party on the Mumbai cruise ship. He also pointed out that the media had access to the chats, dating back three to six months before even the court did.

Rohatgi told the single-judge Bench of Justice Nitin W Sambre that the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) had made no recovery from Aryan Khan, nor conducted a medical examination to show consumption of any narcotic. Senior advocate Amit Desai, also appearing for Aryan, said that WhatsApp chats between him and a friend over online poker were being misinterpreted by the NCB as about drugs. The special anti-drugs court that denied him bail last week said he knew about charas hidden in his friend Arbaaz Merchant’s shoe, and this amounted to conscious possession. Arbaaz Merchant was also arrested along with Aryan and 18 others.
