Aryan Khan Bail Plea Rejected: Kamya Punjabi Blasts Court For Being ‘BIASED’ And ‘Harassing’ The Starkid; Here’s Her Reaction

Aryan Khan has been facing legal issues since he was arrested by the NCB officials. He along with a few others was arrested in a drug case on October 3. The bail of Shah Rukh Khan’s son was rejected by the court and he was sent to the Arthur Jail. The legal team of Aryan Khan approached the Session court for a further bail hearing. But today, the special court also rejected the bail of Shah Rukh Khan’s son. Along with him Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Merchantt’s bail plea was also rejected.

After his bail got rejected by the special NDPS court, Aryan Khan has now moved to the Bombay High Court. Now, the reacting to this was the Bollywood actors. Among them was Kamya Punjabi. It seems like the actress is not happy with the decision of the special court. In order to express her views on the bail hearing, Kamya Punjabi took to her Twitter account and wrote, “What has happened to our Judiciary system?Aam janta trusts our judiciary system as they are a neutral body and hence not supposed to be biased.This is harassment n a one sided opinion.There are so many other ways to interrogate, like house arrest,etc. why keep in Jail? #AryanKhan”.

Kamya Punjabi went on to call the decision biased and also said that the treatment given to Aryan Khan is no other than harassment. She also has a question that is anything wrong with the Indian judiciary system. Kamya also expressed that there are many other ways to complete the interrogation about the drug case then why are they stuck on keeping the star kid in jail. It seems like Kamya Punjabi is in support of Shah Rukh Khan and his son Aryan Khan.

When Aryan Khan was put in Mumbai’s Arthur Jail, no special treatment was given to Aryan Khan. Now that his bail plea is rejected again he will be treated like every other under-trial prisoner, which is what a leading daily informed. While in prison, Aryan Khan has been kept in a special barrack and is being closely monitored by the officials. The NDPS court ruled that Aryan’s custody should be extended and the star son will continue to stay at the Arthur Road jail only.
