Aryan Khan To NOT Leave From Jail Today; Star Kid’s Legal Team Misses Deadline For Paperwork

Aryan Khan has got bail yesterday in his drug case. The Bombay High Court after a long discussion in the courtroom granted bail to Aryan Khan. Along with him, Arbaaz Merchantt and Munmun Dhamecha also got bail. It was said that Aryan Khan will be set free to step out of the Arthur Jail Road today. But unfortunately, it can’t happen as the bail papers did not reach the Arthur Road Jail by the deadline of 5.30 pm on Friday.

As a result, Aryan Khan will spend another night in jail. He will most likely be released on Saturday morning. The court issued a detailed bail order on Friday. Meanwhile, the Bombay High Court disposed of a petition filed by NCB officer Sameer Wankhede seeking interim protection from arrest following allegations of extortion in the Mumbai cruise drugs case.

It is reported by a leading daily that no special treatment would be provided to anyone. The star kid and other accused have to pay a surety of Rs 1 lakh and more. According to the bail conditions, they are also not allowed to travel out of Mumbai without permission. Today, Bollywood actress Juhi Chawla came forward in the Mumbai Sessions Court to sign Aryan Khan’s bail surety of Rs 1 lakh.

As it was expected that Aryan Khan will be released today from jail, his father and actor Shah Rukh Khan left from Mannat to pick up his son. It is reported that when Gauri Khan received a text of Aryan Khan’s bail she broke down and cried inconsolably. She sat on her knees and thanked the deities for the secure release of her son. Shah Rukh Khan received calls from other Bollywood actors like Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn. Several other Bollywood actors also reacted to the bail of Aryan Khan. Not only this but the actor’s fans gathered outside Mannat and expressed their happiness for the actor.
