Asif Basra’s Death: Kareena Kapoor, Shraddha Kapoor And Other Bollywood Celebs Pay Tributes

Asif Basra passed away on November 12 by suicide. The 53-year-old was found dead in his house in McLeodganj. The actor is known for his roles in Black Friday, Jab We Met, Once Upon A Time In Mumbai, Parzania, Kai Po Che and many other films. Many Bollywood actors took to their social media after hearing about the sad demise of the actor. Here are some of the B’wood celebrities who paid their tribute to Asif.

Celebrities on Asif Batra’s death 

Bollywood actor Kareena Kapoor Khan shared a story of the late actor on her Instagram. She shared a photo of him and wrote, “Rest in Peace Asif Basra” She sent condolences to his family and friends. Take a look at Kareena’s story for him.

Swara Bhaskar took to her official Twitter handle and retweeted ANI’s tweet about the actor’s demise. She mentioned that it was disheartening to know that more than one artist is going through such mental stress where they have opted to commit suicide. Nawazuddin Siddiqui said that he couldn’t believe this happened and called Asif a dear friend. He mentioned that Asif had a full of life personality and was extremely talented. He wrote,” More power to family”

Randeep Hooda tweeted by posting a photo of him and Asif from Once Upon A Time In Mumbai. The two were dressed as cops for their roles. Divya Dutta also wrote that she was shaken to hear about the untimely death of Asif. She wrote that the two had shot together recently and he seemed like a happy soul. Here are the tweets.
