Attack: After Satyamev Jayate 2 And Ek Villain Returns John Abraham Announces The Release Date Of His Jacqueline Fernandez And Rakul Preet Singh Co-starrer

The Chief Minister of Maharashtra recently announced that the theatres in the state will be reopened from October 22 this year. Since then all the filmmakers are announcing the release date of their films. Joining several other filmmakers were the makers of John Abraham starrer film Attack. The film will release on January 26, 2022, in theatres.

The lead actor John Abraham took to his Instagram account to drop the intriguing poster of his upcoming film Attack. While sharing the poster he captioned the post as, “A hostage crises that brought the country to its knees! This time the race is against time, get ready for #Attack. Releasing worldwide on Republic Day 2022!

The film Attack is based on a true story of a hostage crisis. Apart from John Abraham the film also features Jacqueline Fernandez and Rakul Preet Singh. The film is written and helmed by Lakshya Raj Anand. Attack marks the debut of the director Lakshya Raj Anand. The film stars John Abraham as a lone ranger who leads an attack team during a counter operation.

Attack will be a joint collaboration between Abraham’s production banner JA Entertainment, Jayantilal Gada’s Pen Studios and Ajay Kapoor’s Kyta Productions. Attack was earlier announced to release in August 2020 release then was pushed to August 13 2021 and later delayed due to the COVID-19.

John Abraham while talking to a leading daily had said that Attack aligned with his vision to make entertaining and high-on-content films. He also said that at JA Entertainment, it was there endeavour to push the envelope and produce films that entertain and have something significantly different to show to the increasingly discerning audience.

Attack is all set to get a theatrical release on the coming Republic Day. The film will surely give us goosebumps and rise a patriotic feeling on the Republic Day, 2022. The fierce look of John Abraham is reflecting the intensity of the film. JohnJohn Abraham will also be seen in Ek Villain Returns and Satyamev Jayate.
