Apart from the audinece, Preeta has often proved that she is a positive influence on the Luthra family; and, these 5 instances are the proof.

Standing up for the family

Recently, we saw that Mahira attempted suicide and her mother Ramona blamed the Luthras for the same. To insult the family and Preeta, Ramona even tried to trap them in a murder case. But, the Bahu of the family came to their rescue. Very bluntly she supported the Luthras and explained to the police that Mahira wanted to marry an already married man, that is Karan, which is illegal. While everyone in the Luthra family stood shocked when Ramona accused them, it was Preeta who came forward for them.

Continuing from the above-mentioned episode, if you remember right after the police and Ramona left the hospital, Kareena lashed out at Preeta and started blaming her for everything. While lashing out at Preeta, Kareena also asserted that Preeta and Karan’s marriage will only increase the trouble. At this point, though Preeta was hurt with Kareena’s words, she chose to keep quiet. An irritated Rishabh opposed Kareena’s baseless allegation on Preeta, but Preeta kept quiet out of respect towards Kareena.

The most recent example of this trait of Preeta’s could be the time when she tricked Mahira and re-married Karan. To irritate Preeta, Karan decided to marry Mahira. But, it seems Preeta is mature enough when to understand that she does not need to give reaction to every action. Preeta, who was initially heartbroken when she learned that Karan agreed to marry Mahira, decided to go back to her married life and fix things.

As we know that Karan and Preeta tied the knot under unfavourable circumstances, it was initially difficult for the duo to accept the marriage. One side Karan continued to be rude with Preeta while the latter also faced a problem because the family didn’t accept her. Amid all this chaos, many tried to create misunderstanding between Preeta and Karan, including Sherlyn and Prithvi, but Preeta always made sure that things never go out of hand when it comes to her relationship with Karan.

She had the chance to expose Sherlyn, but for the sake of her family’s happiness, she just warned her to behave.
