Film director Prakash Jha is the maker of the famous digital show Bobby Deol and the third season of the dame is being shot currently. However, Bajrang Dal activists in Bhopal on Sunday smeared ink on the makers. Prakash Jha and his crew were manhandled by the angry activists.
However, the Bajrang Dal activists even vandalised the sets of Bobby Deol’s upcoming web series because his show is alleging an ‘assault’ on Hinduism. The entire incident occurred when Jha was shooting on the sets physically. Reports from leading publications read that the Bajrang Dal activists even assaulted a crew member.

Police said the activists also smeared ink on Jha and broke the windshield of at least three buses before they intervened and got the situation under control. Reports added that Jha and the members haven’t filed any complaint against the activists yet. Four people have been detained till now in the incident.
Reports from the leading daily read that, the government has given the makers of Bobby Deol’s web series to shoot in Madhya Pradesh and promote its tourism, however, they had assured that the name of the show will be changed and based on it the Bajrang Dal activists will review their stand.
Reports read that the Bajrang Dal activists feel that Bobby Deol is the one to blame for the show and he should learn to form his brother Sunny Deol who has worked in many patriotic movies. The angry activists have ransacked the sets of the show and feel that the show has portrayed Hindus in the wrong way. Reportedly, the windscreens of two buses of the crew were also broken in stone-pelting.
Bobby Deol’s digital show have shown obscene scenes in the web series according to the Bajrang Dal activists. Bajrang Dal activists also raised slogans against Prakash Jha and Bollywood actor Bobby Deol, who is in the lead role in the digital show, accusing them of hurting the Hindu sentiments.
