Bhanwar: Meet Karanvir Bohra, Priya Banerjee And Teejay Sidhu Who Spin A Space Time Thriller

ZEE5’s latest addition to the suspense thriller genre will come off as a surprise for the viewers. The snackable series of approximately 8 episodes in all, has an allure to it. And why we say so? Well, the story is about time travel! Bhanwar means the ‘Wheel of Time’ and this wheel of time spins in an unusual direction to send particles into the past or possibly the future. With a stellar cast including Karanvir Bohra, Teejay Sidhu, Priya Banerjee, the show is going to grab massive attention. Let us meet the star cast ahead of the show’s release.

Karanvir Bohra is a suave and stylish actor. He was recently seen in ZEE5’s The Casion with actress Mandana Karimi. Karanvir plays the role of Ranvir Makhija. Ranvir is a businessman in the IT industry. He is known to be a business growth hacker. Ranvir’s dream is to earn wads of cash and become a multi-billionaire. But Ranvir also suffers from a strong case of the mental ailment, bipolar disorder. He gets paranoid and hallucinations when he skips the medicines. Will he be able to hold onto his dream?

Priya Banerjee plays the role of Kanika Makhija in the series. The actress is known for her portrayal of a spoilt brat sister to Sharman Joshi’s character Anuj in Baarish. Priya’s role in Bhanwar would be completely different than the role of Shreya in Baarish. In this series, the actress would be seen as a housewife managing and taking care of the house.

The ultimate antagonist of the series Teejay would be playing the role of Samantha. Teejay is Karanvir’s wife and a very happy homemaker to him and their twin daughters. Teejay has also worked in a few shows including the recent Santoshi Maa. Teejay is seen as Samantha in the series, she is a real estate dealer. She buys a house for the Makhijas when they are on a run. Samantha is a serial killer. She develops a certain hatred for rich men. In the last five years, she kills about seven people.

Actor Mantra has acted in many Bollywood films. In this series, Mantra is playing the role of Rodrigues. X3, as he is popularly known in the series, has a connection with all the main characters of the story. He is Samantha’s friend. and also Kanika’s ex-boyfriend and Jo’s brother. Most importantly he plays the role of a police Inspector!

Jonathan is a drug lord. She tries to circulate drugs into the circuit through Samantha, Buts he is unaware that Samantha might kill her one day.
