Bharti Singh Resumes Shooting For The Kapil Sharma Show; Refutes Rumours Of Being Dropped

The rumours of Bharti Singh being dropped from The Kapil Sharma show were doing rounds all around the town after the comedian and her husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa were arrested by the Narcotic Control Bureau (NCB). However, refuting all these rumours Bharti took to her Instagram handle to share a few pictures of herself from the sets of the show as she resumed shooting.

After being in the headlines for all the wrong reasons, Bharti is all set to make a comeback, and fans who were missing her on the show will soon be treated with her presence. Earlier, talking about Bharti’s exit rumours, her colleague and best friend Krushna Abhishek was quoted saying, “Not at all. I haven’t heard of any such discussion or development from the channel’s end. No such decision has been taken by the channel.”

For those unaware, the Narcotics Control Bureau had conducted a raid at Bharti and her husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa’s residence. Following which the two were summoned by the NCB officials and were soon arrested after they admitted to consuming drugs. However, after their confession, the couple was then granted bail by a magistrate court.

Over the last few months, NCB has been conducting a parallel investigation on the Bollywood Drug Case which was followed by actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. Many actors including Arjun Rampal, Deepika Padukone, etc were earlier summoned by the agency in connection with the drug racket.
