Aryan Khan, Munmun Dhamecha, And Arbaz Seth Merchantt Sent To NCB Custody Till Thursday; Bail DENIED To Shah Rukh Khan’s Son

Aryan Khan along with the other detainees was taken to the honorable court on Monday afternoon after being under judicial custody of the NCB for 24 hours. Aryan Khan’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde fought for his client keeping the facts straight where Aryan Khan was present in the cruise as he was invited. He was also allocated the best suite of the cruise. Aryan’s friend Arbaz Seth Merchantt was caught in possession of 6 grams of charas. The NCB wants to further investigate the case and hence asked Aryan Khan to stay under their custody. Here’s the court’s decision.

The honorable court has head both the sides of the accused and the public prosecutor. Keeping everything in mind the honorable court has denied bail of Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan.

If reports are to be believed then amid all this hustle and bustle Shah Rukh Khan met his son Aryan for two minutes on the clock and Aryan Khan was very emotional. SRK assured Aryan not to worry and things will be better soon. Shah Rukh Khan also advised Aryan to be patient.

The case has been registered against Aryan Khan under sections 8 (c), 20 (b), 27, and 35 of the NDPS Act. Arbaaz and Munmun were also sent to one-day NCB custody along with Aryan. NCB had recovered narcotics like MDMA, Ecstasy, Cocaine, MD (Mephedrone), and Charas during the raid.

According to reports Shah Rukh Khan has also kept an important shoot of filming a special song in Spain for his upcoming film Pathan alongside Deepika Padukone on hold. Aryan’s mother Gauri Khan is well has delayed an important work meeting abroad. According to reports, Aryan was extremely sorry after being caught. An official statement was released by the CEO of the cruise where they’ve raised hands and have taken no responsibility of the incident which has occurred at the ship.
