Bigg Boss 15: Tejasswi Prakash’s FAKE Unconsciousness Act Makes Netizens Furious

In the latest Bigg Boss 15 episode, the contestants participated in a captaincy task. The contestants were divided into two groups. Group 1 members were Umar Riaz, Vishal Kotian, Ieshaan Sehgaal, Akasa Singh, Jay Bhanushali, and Afsana Khan. Pratik Sehajpal, Nishant Bhat, Tejasswi Prakash, Miesha Iyer, Simba Nagpal, and Rajiv Adatia were a part of Group 2. The contestants had to sit or stand in particular places and the members of the opposite team had to try their best to make them step out of their place. The team members tried many tactics to move the opposite team members out of their letters. One of the tactics was to blow talcum powder into the oppositions’ faces. An abundant amount of talcum powder was sprayed around, some of which got sprayed into contestant Tejasswi Prakash’s mouth that got her coughing and choking incessantly.

Karan Kundrra was seen carrying Tejasswi in her arms in order to take her into the medical room, which turned out to be a sweet moment between the two. However, contestant came to know later that Tejasswi’s ‘medical emergency’ was just a cunning ploy to get a member of the opposite team to leave their places. This was just a part of her plan to get either Umar Riaz, who is a doctor, or Afsana (Members of the opposite team) to get out of their seats.

The fans of the show had conflicted reactions to Tejasswi’s behaviour. Bigg Boss viewers slammed Tejasswi for her immoral behaviour. There were tweets around medicine being a noble profession and that a real doctor could easily have told that Tejasswi was faking her “medical emergency”. One of the tweets outright shamed Tejasswi for her behaviour and then acting innocent for it. Her actions were labeled as disrespectful and faking choking just to win a game was no joking matter.

Later in the episode, Karan Kundrra confronted Tejasswi, saying that her behaviour was insensitive. He had got scared for her health. Jay Bhanushali also commented on this issue by saying that a medical emergency is no joking matter, and it was immoral to try and take undue advantage of Umar’s medical oath. Umar felt guilty for not tending to Tejasswi’s “emergency”. Tejasswi apologized for her distasteful behaviour.
