By delivering back to back action flicks in the industry, Arjun is known among his fans as a true “Action King”. His interest in stunts and his death-defying scenes in films remains a favourite of his fans.
#2 Holds a Black-belt in Karate
Like his many heroic roles in films, Arjun is a real-life martial arts expert who holds a black belt in Karate. He says that he was always inspired by Bruce Lee and the evergreen hit action film, Enter The Dragon inspired him to star in action movies.

Did you guys know that Arjun’s father didn’t want him to pursue a career in movies? Yes, you read that right! His father Shakthi Prasad is a renowned Kannada film actor who didn’t want his son to star in movies. Arjun always knew this and wanted to be a real-life hero – a police officer during his younger days. Arjun also refused several offers from the industry as a teenager wanting to pursue this dream.

Arjun comes from a lineage as his father is also a veteran movie star. After his success in the industry, Arjun married Niveditha Arjun, who is also a famous Kannada lead actress. His daughter Aishwarya Arjun also made her debut in the industry recently. Interestingly, Kannada superstars Chiranjeevi Sarja and Bharat Sarja are his nephews.
#5 Known as an ardent Hanuman devotee
Arjun’s love for Lord Hanuman is popular amongst his fans and media. The actor built a temple in the name of Hanuman and is the first of its kind to have a statue of Hanuman in sitting posture. The humongous statue weighs 140 tonnes and is proof of Arjun’s well-known devotion to the heroic god.
